We were delighted to be invited to deliver a lecture on ‘Inclusivity in the UK Higher Education System’ as guests of the Graduate School of Education at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in Astana this week. Against a very snowy backdrop, we were given a very warm welcome from both staff and students. Our thanks to Aina Mukashayeva for enabling this opportunity for us, and for her translation services on the day. We would like to thank Director of the School, Professor Somzhurek Baubek, Deputy Director for Academic Work, Professor Duisenbaeva Bibigul and Professor Seitkazy Perizat Bayteshovna for welcoming us to the School.
